Leveraging the data collected from Rewards Network member surveys, it was apparent that the right experience, coupled with the right incentives to dine are the key motivating reasons why diners become repeat customers. The Reviews and Ratings Dining report presented some of the most compelling data points, combined with the analysis of our B2B marketing team’s restaurant industry experience, in an effort to influence restaurant clients to leverage data to drive more business. The challenge was bringing the data to life in a manner that would be easy to understand and consume, as reports are notorious for being stale–full of numbers and too much copy that turn people off from reading the message. I decided to take a different approach and create a visually driven document that helps distill the data into a more “reader-friendly” format.
