Webalo is a no-code platform for enterprises that support frontline workers. From 2019–2023, I served as the company’s sole Designer and de facto Creative Director, leading a wide range of deliverables—from website redesigns and infographics to emails, decks, and more—to elevate brand awareness across channels.
Webalo had no in-house design resource and needed someone who could set a vision while executing across daily marketing needs. My role was to expand the brand’s visual treatment across channels—modernizing the website, creating marketing assets, and supporting sales and executive initiatives. The challenge was to evolve the look and feel consistently while providing hands-on design leadership for a small but ambitious team.
I redesigned Webalo’s dated website to align with modern SaaS standards, giving the brand a bold, forward-looking presence. The refresh improved usability, visual appeal, and credibility, putting the site at parity with competitors while strengthening trust with enterprise client
I designed a branded e-book to showcase Webalo’s expertise in the no-code space. Beyond reinforcing thought leadership, the e-book served as a valuable lead-generation tool, giving the sales and marketing teams a polished asset to nurture prospects.
Based on the evaluation, I created mid-fidelity wireframes to address key issues: clearer navigation, streamlined content, consistent visual presentation, and simplified interactions. The clickable wireframes gave the client a realistic preview of how the portal could evolve.
I created custom Hubspot templates that combined strong design with CRM efficiency. For a small marketing team, these templates ensured brand consistency while saving time, allowing emails to be deployed quickly without sacrificing quality or impact.
I designed presentation decks that relied on bold visuals and minimal text to keep audiences engaged. These graphically rich slides empowered sales teams to tell clearer stories, leaving prospects with a lasting impression of Webalo’s capabilities.
I elevated Webalo’s marketing sheets and one-pagers by creating a system that was consistent yet flexible. Each piece was visually tied to the brand family while still distinct enough to highlight different topics, ensuring clarity and recognition across campaigns.
